General Assembly Pizza Plushroom Pizza, 350 g
General Assembly Pizza Plushroom Pizza features a mushroom-forward topping combination on a prepared pizza base for a savoury, convenient meal. The 350 g format fits easily into café menus, casual dining programs, cafeterias and other operations seeking a simple meatless pizza selection.
Bake the pizza until the crust reaches the desired crispness, then serve it whole or sliced for lunch, dinner and shared plates. Its mushroom character adds variety to pizza offerings, while the ready-to-bake format keeps preparation straightforward during busy service periods.
Our pies are 100% naturally fermented sourdough and topped with thoroughly sourced, premium natural ingredients.
