Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry to hear you want to cancel your order! Cancellation requests are extremely time sensitive due to the perishable nature of our items. Please contact customerservice@foodservicedirect.com to see if we are able to cancel your order for you.
Consumable Goods:
Due to our fast processing time, once your order is received by our warehouse team, we are unable to process a cancellation for you.
Special Order Items:
Items that are considered special order are ordered just for you! Once we receive confirmation that your order has been received by our supplier, we will be unable to process a cancellation for you.
Please Note: Refusing Delivery does not cancel your order. You will still be liable for the cost of the product and shipping.
