To make great cider, you need more than simply the best apples. So, we take special care to make our cider the old-fashioned way, creating our special blend using whole apples of several varieties that we grow on our farm. We never use preservatives or additives of any kind and we leave our cider unfiltered for an amazing “fresh pressed” flavour.
